Reproduction Stainless Steel Grill Inserts for 1937 Buicks.

These grill inserts are made of 304 stainless steel.
There are 41 horizontal slats on each half, consisting of 15 different sizes.
The parts are welded together, test fit, sandblasted, the leading edge of each slat is sanded and polished to a high shine. After the final polish they are pasivated in an acid solution, rinsed and then a self etching primer is applied followed with a coat of satin black paint.
These are custom, made to order and take time to make. Right now it is taking about 3 weeks to order custom laser cut parts and assemble the grills.
Since these grills are custom made they may need a slight tweaking to fit your car but they can be manipulated to fit, they will not break like the original cast units. These inserts will not rust and pit like the originals. If they are damaged they can be easily repaired by welding and polished, they do not need to be replated.
